Privacy policy
What data samins.pe collects, what we use it for and how to exercise your rights.
01Who is responsible
SAMINS A&T S.A.C. (SAMINS), based in Lima, Peru, is responsible for the personal data collected on samins.pe. For any privacy question, write to contacto@samins.pe.
02What data we collect
- What you type in the contact form: name, company, email or phone and the topic you are interested in. If you ask to hear about events, only your email.
- With each request we also store the page you wrote from, the language, the date, your IP address and how you reached the website (for example, a Google ad, a campaign or the site that linked to us).
- Browsing data collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages visited, device type, approximate country or city and whether you clicked a contact button.
- Whatever you send us by WhatsApp or email.
03What we use it for
- Replying to your request and, if you ask, preparing a proposal.
- Letting you know about our events, if you subscribed.
- Showing you SAMINS ads on Google (for example, in Search or on YouTube), only if you gave us your consent. To do this we share your email or phone number with Google in encrypted form, and Google uses them to recognise you among its users.
- Measuring how many people visit the website, which pages help them and which ads lead to an enquiry, to improve the site and our campaigns.
We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose. If you no longer want to see our ads, write to contacto@samins.pe and we will remove you from our lists.
04Legal basis
We process your data under Peru’s Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations: with your consent, which you give when you send the form or write to us, and to handle the pre-contractual relationship you start.
05Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the website, who process the data on our behalf:
- Hostinger: hosting for the website and the form.
- Titan: the mailbox where we receive your requests.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads): visit and ad measurement and, if you agreed, SAMINS ads using your encrypted email or phone number, under its privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write to us there.
Some of these providers are outside Peru, which means an international data transfer. We do not share your data with anyone else unless a law or an authority requires it.
06How long we keep it
We keep the data from your requests while the conversation or business relationship lasts, and afterwards only what the law requires. Google Analytics keeps browsing data for 14 months at most. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Peruvian law), and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contacto@samins.pe saying what you need; we will reply within the time limits set by law. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser, turn off Google Analytics with its opt-out add-on and manage personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google Ads work without cookies and without personalised ads.
